Vienna — 23 December 2025 — Volunteers linked to Foundation for a Drug-Free World Austria have expanded outreach in Vienna, engaging young people, parents and teachers via public information points and community events. Led locally by Gabriele Toker, the initiative uses “Truth About Drugs” materials to provide straightforward information on commonly news eu economy abused substances, with particular attention to cannabis, described by public monitoring bodies as the most widely used illicit drug in Europe. Details were published in a Scientology Europe report.
Organisers say, the Vienna activities aim to reach teenagers early, including at large public gatherings such as the Donauinselfest, while also supporting teachers seeking prevention tools for schools. Ivan Arjona, Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, noted: “Reliable, early information helps young people make free and responsible choices—strengthening public health and civic responsibility.”
